The Click Through Model
This model is designed on the basic premise that if communication is interesting, the offer exciting and the product is required, then communication for this kind of service or product, the customer will ‘click’ on the advertisement.

The bank is one of Sify’s largest clients and especially with regard to the NRI audience on the Sify network works entirely on a click through model where the revenue generated for Sify is determined by the number of clicks that the client’s communication receives.
The Impression Model
This is a plain ‘vanilla’ model in Internet advertising and works best for branding exercises and impact across the audience on the network.
The British Council
The British Council used the online Sify network to promote their education packages to the UK in early 2002. The basic requirement was to create visibility for the UK as an alternative education destination in a market that is filled with the idea that only US educational institutions are recognized.
