
Amanda Byram, one among the world’s top television presenters, will host the Miss World 2003 finals in Sanya on Saturday December 6.
Ireland-born Amanda, now starring in the reality TV series, Paradise Hotel, will present the show in front of an estimated worldwide television audience of 2 billion as a record entry of 110 girls battle for the Miss World 2003 crown.
The former Big Breakfast star will be joined by Phil Keoghan, currently appearing in the U.S. series, The Amazing Race.
According to Miss World executive chairman Julia Morley, "Amanda's energy and vitality, coupled with the dynamism of the girls, will make this a spectacular show not to miss."
Amanda said, "It is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with Miss World. I used to watch the show when I was a kid, so I already feel part of it. This year is set to be the best yet."
