How to shed the extra calories, naturally!
People trying to lose weight are constantly told they should exercise more and eat less.

Researchers studying obesity look at Body Mass Index(BMI) measurements, calculated by dividing weight in kilograms by the square of height in metres. Obesity is defined as having a BMI of more than 30.

To avoid those extra calories, here's what you should take care of while at work:

1.Bring your own lunch: It's not fashionable to bring a dabba from home, but then, it is even less fashionable to eat greasy, deep fried food from the cafeteria, not to mention unhealthy.

2.Avoid going for tea/ coffee breaks, unless you are just about to drop dead. All that caffeine also adds on to the calorific count. If you must, drink tea.

3.Drink lots of water. It not only de-toxifies you but is also essential when you are in air conditioned surroundings. The A/C can do a lot of harm as it dehydrates you. Since you don't sweat or feel thirsty, you also dont realise the neccesity of drinking all that water.

4. Don't prolong lunch hours into gossip sessions. You might tend to overeat when you are listening attentively to someone else, especially if it's a juicy bit of information.

5.Avoid eating at your desk. You wouldnt want to litter your desk with all those breadcrumbs just before the boss arrives. And you also eat in a very unhealthy way when you eat alone, without properly chewing your food or even tasting it. And you can do with the exercise that you get, walking to the dining hall.
