Colombo, May 18 (ANI): Sri Lanka's national flags were flying high on Monday morning; one day after the Tamil Tiger rebels conceded war and accepted their defeat.Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa will address parliament on Tuesday and is expected to announce the end of war. The island's national flag is fluttering in commercial buildings, homes and vehicles as the 30-year-old war that killed more than 70,000 people comes to an end.
