The Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry recently
installed a “condom vending machine” on the campus of Delhi’s prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University, which dispenses chips, biscuits, cakes and condoms.

The machine has been installed near Ganga dhaba,
the most popular joint of the campus, to promote the use of contraceptives and to fight AIDS.
