Fitness equipment
Choosing the right fitness equipment is the first step toward better health and fitness. The selection of the equipment depends on the kind of work out you
want to do.

There are two basic types of exercises: aerobic and weight bearing.

Aerobic exercise (also known as cardiovascular training) raises your heart rate, boosts metabolism and puts your body into fat burning mode. Weight-bearing exercise (also know as strength training) develops the large muscle groups of
the body and actually increases the muscle mass.
