UPA involved in sugar scam, accuses Modi
Azad said that AICC general secretary Rahul Gandhi'sremarks on AIADMK at a press Conference in New Delhi on Tuesday had been "distorted" by the media.
Rahul had said that "Nitish Kumar, Jayalalithaa andmany like-minded parties are beginning to feel that the NDAwill not win. After elections all options are open."
Azad said that Rahul meant that Nitish Kumar's JD-U andJayalalithaa's AIADMK, which were or are part of the NDA, werenow facing the question (of options) because the NDA is"finished" throughout the country.
Earlier, Azad told reporters that the Congress waskeeping its all options open for government formation in thepost poll scenario.
Special: LS polls
He asserted that the first choice of other parties (toform a government) would be the UPA and not the NDA.
