Nearly 50 million adults and 60 million children will dress up for Halloween this year only in the US!
The average shopper spends about $66 on the Halloween season, for a total of about $5 billion in U.S. sales. But this year, with the recession still on, many are scaling back, including looking for creative ways to make their own Halloween costumes. While others are so passionate they are going all out again this year.
