The ministry was to be expanded today but the plans were put on hold after fierce lobbying forced the leadership to reconsider the issue.

After Congress failed to get a simple majority in the state, Hooda has been facing flak from a section of leaders.

An official spokesman in Haryana said Governor Jagan Nath Pahadia will administer the oath of office to the new ministers tomorrow, which will be the first expansion of the ministry after Congress came to power with the support of the seven Independent MLAs.

Later in the afternoon, Hooda will administer oath to some of the MLAs as Parliamentary Secretaries.
