It is a love story with mushy scenes, good songs, great visuals, believable characters, and above all a heart touching climax. It is well-made romantic drama with a tragic end.

Uday (Siddharth) is a happy-go-lucky son of a business tycoon. He sees a girl Sandhya (Shamili) and falls in love with her at first sight. Sandhya is a traditional girl living at a beachside house in Vizag, running a nursery. She is a simple, hard working, careful, far sighted and has a strong belief in numerology.

Uday with the help of his friend Fatso (Krishnudu) joins her house as a paying guest to win her. He is making plans to woo Sandhya. Finally, he proposes his love on her birthday and gives 12 beautiful birthday gifts.

But soon he comes to know that she is suffering from cancer, which is in the advanced stage. What happens from there and what Uday does to make her life happy? Does Sandhya die in the climax?

Siddharth has given a brilliant performance as a lover boy in this film and did justice to his role. His acting is not up to the mark in some emotional scenes but excels in some dance moments.

Shamili debuts as a heroine with this film and she looks gorgeous. Shamili acted well and is perfectly suited for this role. Napoleon has made a comeback after a hiatus and gives a mature performance. Surekha Vani is looking sexy in western fits. Sunil, Ali and master Bharat succeeds in some humor in the audience faces. Krishnudu acted well as innocent guy in this film also. Tanikella acted well as ‘Telugu Pundit’ and Pradeep Rawat has limited presence on the screen.

First half, good performances and climax are its strength, while a dragging second half and dull dialogues mar the tempoe. On the whole, director Anand Ranga has come up with a romantic entertainer watchable in parts. The presentation is good but the narration could have been better. The film’s story is copied from the Korean film ‘A Millionaire's First Love’, Hollywood film ‘Love Story’ and Telugu film ‘Geetanjali’.

The dialogues and the script are okay but the screenplay is average. Cinematography by Vijay Chakravarthy is excellent. He captured the beautiful locations of Vizag in fine manner. Yuvan Shankar Raja scored good music and background score for the film. Editing could have been better. Art and costumes department did a fine job. The production values are good.

Verdict: Average
