The film, produced by AVM, is an action entertainer and has music by Harris Jayaraj. Akashdeep Saigal, top Hindi television star, makes his debut as a deadly villain in the film.
Ayan has been dubbed into Telugu as Veedokaade, and is going to release simultaneously with the Tamil version. Koena Mitra, the sensuous Bollywood babe, has done a terrific dance number in the film.
