Tara is the vivacious Liril girl to be bitten by the acting bug. The girl who also did a Pepsi campaign, made news when she was cast by Anupam Kher in `Om Jai Jagdish`. Though the film sank, she got noticed. Tara is making waves again with Mukesh Bhatt’s Saaya. Maya, the character she plays in Saaya has won her good reviews. She is not new to acting, though. She had been seen earlier to good advantage in Tabreez Noorani`s Dream Catcher, an English film based on the experiences of the American Indian community in Los Angeles.
