Actress Kate Hudson says she likes to rehearse love scenes before giving the final shot because it helps her concentrate on the shot.

Hudson had some intimate sex scenes with actor Dane Cook in the new movie My Best Friend's Girl.

Thesun.co.uk reports her saying: "I like to prepare for love scenes with lots of rehearsal. But in reality you just get on with it. You have that moment of 'Okay here we go' then you just have to take a deep breath and get on with it."
