Bolton unaware of reports of fiancee Sheridan's pregnancy

Pop singer Michael Bolton was unaware of tabloid claims that his fiancée Nicollette Sheridan was pregnant until his daughter asked him if the rumours were true.

The rumours began when Sheridan supposedly asked her Desperate Housewives co-stars Teri Hatcher, Marcia Cross and Felicity Huffman about pregnancy and motherhood, reports contactmusic.com.

But Bolton ended these speculations that Sheridan was pregnant, saying: "We've been through this so much that we always love to learn about ourselves in the news. But no kids on the way - that I know about now anyway."

And Bolton insists the couple is in no hurry to wed: "We're engaged, having a great time. So that having a family is not the first and foremost thing on our mind. We're kind of living like a married couple right now."
