London : Actor Mark Hamill who acted as Luke Skywalker in the first three Star Wars movies, has become fans' favourite to play `The Joker` in the next Batman film.

Mark, who has already appeared in Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back and Return Of The Jedi, has emerged the frontrunner in an internet survey to star in the sequel to Batman Begins.

The 53-year-old actor has also voiced `The Joker` for the latest Batman cartoon. Others in the race include Crispin Glover and Lachy Hulme, reports The Sun. ANI
