Photographer Rob Rosen, who claims former Bond actor Pierce Brosnan in Malibu assaulted him last October, has had his case dismissed.

Rosen said, "The terms are confidential, but both parties are happy with the outcome."

But Brosnan's attorney says the case was voluntarily dismissed but not settled and that the terms are not confidential. Brosnan's people also claim that Rosen was not given any money and will not receive any in the future either.

Rosen had earlier claimed that Brosnan had "punched, hit, struck, and attacked him".
