Born on August 4, this Leo had to enter films. But Salman's Khan's brother Arbaaz would naturally have to take a back seat to big brother, whose looks are magical and aura charismatic. Arbaaz started his career with Abbas Mustan's Daraar, co-starring Juhi Chawla and Rishi Kapoor.
After that his career showed a downward slide till he did Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya directed by kid brother Sohail Khan. This film where he played elder brother to Kajol did wonderful business at the box office too and was one of Arbaaz's best. Others like Hello Brother etc didn't fare too well. He did useless films like Shyam Ghanshyam etc and is now to be seen in Garv>.
Arbaaz remains more in the news for wife Malaika Arora, her hot item numbers and their happy marriage. For the most part, Arbaaz keeps away from controversy unlike elder brother Salman but where an acting career is concerned it is doubtful whether he will land roles outside his home productions as he hasn't been able to carve a slot for himself other than slightly negative roles.
He also acted in Maa Tujhe Salaam with Sunny Deol and Tabu and Qayamat with Ajay Devgan, Neha Dhupia, Isha Koppikar and Suneil Shetty. Like all the Khan brothers, Arbaaz too is a fitness buff and frequents the Gold Gym in his locality to keep trim.
Some of Arbaaz's films are Nirbhay, Mrityudata, Soch, Taj Mahal - An Eternal Love Story, Alibaba Aur 40 Chor, Wajaah, Police Public, Jeetenge Hum and Kuch Na Kaho. In 1996, he won the award for the best performance in a villianous role for Daraar.
