How Neha Dhupia recovered from chicken pox
By IndiaFM  | Wednesday, 22 February , 2006, 11:29

No one can understand the importance of face but an actor. Especially for an actress, when it’s a matter of her career. Actress Neha Dhupia went through the same phase where she was scared of losing her beauty.

When she was on the shoot for her forthcoming movie Teesri Aankh at Hyderabad, Neha suddenly realized that she was unwell. The doctors advised her bedrest. She had to rush back home. “I was so unwell that it was not possible for me to shoot. I discovered chicken pox all over my body and on my face too. I was feeling bad that the unit went to Hyderabad for shoot but since I was not well Harry Baweja was not able to shoot. He had to stop shooting when I rushed back home. But being a very co-operative producer he never cut my scenes”, she said.

However, the movie Teesri Aankh also stars Sunny Deol and Amisha Patel who will be seen together after their super hit film Gadar. Neha who plays the lead role in the movie is glad by the fact that director Harry Bawaja made sure that she could shoot her scenes again. According to her when she was scared of loosing her charm her mother helped her through home remedies. Neha reminisces “I was scared when I saw chicken pox on my face. I was hoping that I don’t have any scars on my face. My mother looked after me and her home remedies helped me to recover fast. For an actress face is much important. It was God’s grace that I came out of it really well.”
