SRK, Salman, Hrithik come together?
By Taran Adarsh (IndiaFM.com)  | Wednesday, 13 October , 2004, 10:32

Bigger and better projects are being planned. And with new faces entering the fray, expect path-breaking stuff for sure.

Sajid Khan, who has created a record of sorts by hosting 450 episodes of the hugely popular countdown show `Ikke Pe Ikka`, has turned director. Besides directing one of the stories of Ramgopal Varma's Darna Zaroori Hai, Sajid will make his bow as a full-fledged director with Percept's new film, which will roll next year.

Reportedly, the film, a three-hero project, is likely to star Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan in principal roles. The brother-sister duo of Farah Khan [Main Hoon Na] and Sajid are extremely close to the three stars, so getting them to sign on the dotted line shouldn't be a problem, grapevine insists.

“Yes, it's a three-hero, three-heroine film, but it won't star Shah Rukh, Salman and Hrithik,” Sajid clarifies at the very outset, “Without doubt it's a dream cast and I'd love to work with them some day. But the fact remains that we [Percept and Sajid] haven't approached them at all.”

To roll next year, Sajid is still working on the script of the film [being written by Kiran Kotrial - dialogue writer of Fida and Sajid jointly]. “It's an emotional comedy,” is all he's ready to divulge at the moment. Sajid has signed Viju Shah to compose the songs.

We've been sworn to secrecy against revealing the title or the storyline. But watch this space, we'll keep you updated!
