All speculation vis-ŕ-vis Rajkumar Hirani's new film should come to an end now. Hirani, the maker of Munnabhai M.B.B.S, has just completed writing the script of his new film.
But before we proceed, let's inform you that it's not a sequel to Munnabhai M.B.B.S. “It's not a prequel either,” laughs Hirani, hinting at the wierd trend of making prequels these days.
So, what's the film all about? “The film will star the same names that were a part of Munnabhai M.B.B.S, but it has nothing to do with the medical profession or about lawyers [Munnabhai L.L.B.]. There's Sanju, Arshad, Boman…. Boman, in fact, will have a very different role, with a new get-up,” Hirani divulges.
The film is expected to roll some time next year. “The film will be in sharp contrast to Munnabhai M.B.B.S, is all I can reveal at this juncture,” he adds. Hope this puts a stop to all rumours floating in the market!
