How Amrita Rao landed in `Main Hoon Na`

When Farah Khan was finalizing the cast of Main Hoon Na she was in search of a bubbly girl to play a tomboyish character of a college girl. At that time Farah spotted Amrita Rao, not in any of her films but in a Bru commercial.

Amrita had to audition for the role. Farah wanted her to enact three scenes for the audition. But she was satisfied with her performance after the first scene and the rest were skipped. Indiafm
