The first style awards hosted by Southscope magazine, South India's first English film magazine, was a star studded event. The creme de la creme of cinema attended the event on October 25 at Hotel Novotel in Hyderabad.
The Southscope Style Awards celebrate the sartorial splendour of South India cinema. The nominations span all four South Indian languages for the most stylish film, stylish actor, stylish actress, stylish stunt choreographer, stylish album, and stylish dance choreographer.
Asmita Marwa, Wendell Rodricks and Prasad Bidapa judged the nominees.
Apart from these awards, Suriya was adjudged the Southscope Youth Style Icon (Male) and Nayanthara the Southscope Youth Style Icon (Female).
