And it's finally over! Following months of fighting and smashing the china, Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor have put their relationship out of its misery!

And no it wasn't the newfound 'chemistry' with Katrina Kaif or Ranbir's alleged 'playboy' ways that sank the ship - many just claim the couple 'never had any real passion between them'.

The Ranbir-Deepika war was evident after the two sat separately at a recent party in Mumbai, with neither willing to talk or even pose for photographs together.

Earlier reports have also revealed Ranbir's mum Neetu Singh objecting to Deepika Padukone. However, sources close to the couple maintain mum was not a factor in this collapse. Also, there is the hectic Bollywood schedule that seems to have caught the two stars in a web of commitments - except towards each other.

The two, after a relationship of over two years, are now the latest in Splitsville following Preity Zinta's break-up with businessman Ness Wadia. Wonder who's next!
