| Yes! With the new Sify Buzz Version 1.2 sending an e-mail
is so simple, you can do it from your Sify Buzz client! Because, unlike
conventional messengers, you don't have to log into your Mail box to send
e-mails. |

| Can I send e-mails to non-Sify mail IDs?
|
Yes, you can! When you use Sify Buzz to send a 'Slim Mail', you are not
restricted to send e-mails to Sify IDs alone. Now you can stay in touch
with all your family & friends with just your Sify Buzz Version 1.2.

Can I save my 'Sent Mails' and 'Drafts'?
|
Yes, you can. To save a mail in your 'sent' or 'draft' folders
select the check box on the Slim Mail window.

How can I view a 'Sent' mail later ?

Simply right click the mail in the Mail Archive and click
on 'View'.

| How can I send a mail that I have saved in my 'Drafts'
at a later stage? |
To send a mail from your 'Drafts' folder, right click on the mail in the
Mail archive and click on 'View'. And click on 'Send.'

| Why does my Mail Archive change from PC to PC?

Archived mails are saved locally on your PC. So, the mails saved in your
Archive will vary depending on the PC that you use to log into Sify Buzz
Version 1.2

| Can I send attachments through Sify Buzz Version 1.2?
|
| No. To send attachments through your Sify ID, you will have
to log into your Sify Mail inbox. This can be easily done by selecting the
'Log into Sify Mail' option on the 'Mail' icon on the client. |

| Can I read the mails in my Sify mail box on Sify Buzz?
|
No. To read your mails, you will have to login to your Sify Mail box.

| Can I send a mail in Indian languages on Sify
Buzz? |
| No. A Sify Buzz Slim Mail can be sent only in English. |

| How can I access my Sify Mail address book while sending
a 'Slim Mail'? |
| Sify Buzz Version 1.2 brings you the convenience of accessing
your Sify Mail address book on your Sify Buzz. To do so, click on the 'Get
my Address Book ' tab on your Slim Mail window. Your Sify Mail address book
will be imported into your Slim Mail window. |

| Can I store my Sify Mail address book on my Sify Buzz
client? |
| No, the current version of Sify Buzz does not allow you to
store your addresses on your Sify Buzz client. You will have to click on
the ' Get my Address Book' tab on your Slim Mail window each time you want
to access your Address Book. |

| How can I use my 'Signatures'? |
To use the 'Signatures' that you have created on your Sify Mail account
- click on the 'Use Signature' tab on your Slim Mail message window. This
will fetch the Signatures that you have created on your Sify Mail account.
You can choose the signature you want and it will be added to the Slim Mail
you compose.
