Nicole is trained in Latin Ballroom, Salsa, Merengue, Ramba, Samba, Cha Cha, Jive, Paso Doble, Waltz, Foxtrot and Tango.

She has been instrumental in training the Femina Miss India and Grasim Mr. India Contestants for two consecutive years and has been teaching dance for over 5 years.

Last season's Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa saw Nicole train popular actor Ronit Roy to dance to her tunes.
