Shweta Tiwari, a one-time stage actress, has today attained an iconic status on television with her character Prerna.

She began her career at the age of twelve and also worked in a travel agency.

Shweta got noticed by a well-known director while working in Khoobsoorat Bahu on stage.

Her television career kick started with a role in Kaleerein and then she moved to meatier roles in Aane Waala Pal, Karam, Kasautii Zindagi Kay, Kya Hadsa Kya Haqueeqat, Kahin Kissi Roz and more recently is seen in Jaane Kya Baat Hui.

And now this much celebrated actress will be hosting the latest season of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 3.
