We had asked users to post advice to J K Rowling on what she should do once she bids goodbye to the bespectacled wizard. We received loads of messages, but from among the hundreds we felt these three had something interesting to say.

We realise the second advice is more on the book than life after Harry Potter, but hey, the idea was striking.

Make Harry Potter the headmaster of Hogwarts. He can be like Dumbledore, making occasional appearances, but still an integral part of a new magical series. But please don't abandon the idea of this magical world.

According to the prophecy, Voldemort and Harry cannot live while the other exists. Harry survived the 'Avada Kedavra' curse only because his mother’s sacrifice protected him. The prophecy also says that Harry has a power, which Voldemort knows not—Professor Dumbledore explains this to be love.

To kill Voldemort, Harry once again needs the power of a sacrifice born out of love. So if Ginny sacrificed her life at the end of Book seven, Harry can survive and kill the Dark Lord.

I would advice J K Rowling to open an amusement theme park for kids. Rowling, with her imagination and capability, will be able to create a fantastic park reflecting what she depicted in her books. If done right, it will be a huge hit and children everywhere will be able to relive the Harry Potter magic by playing on the huge ‘magic’ sets and rides.
