Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) has announced the following unaudited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008:

The company has posted a profit after tax of Rs 502.44 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 as compared to Rs 376.85 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007. Total income has increased from Rs 4715.47 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 to Rs 7103.26 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2008.
