As
a grand finale, Anil Ambani took over as the Chairman of Reliance
Communication Ventures Ltd (RCoVL) on February 8, 2006. He also
found a seat for himself in the boards of RNRL, REVL and RCVL, which
were transferred to the ADA Group.
Anil carefully handpicked a few of his confidantes such as Gautam
Doshi, J Ramachandran and S P Talwar, in the board of RCovl, which
would be the holding company for Reliance Infocomm.
All the four
companies are expected to be listed on stock exchanges during this
month, with RCoVL being to be the last one by March-end. Listing
documents for REVL, RCVL and RNRL have already been filed with stock
exchanges.
