Eeram, produced by director Shankar and directed by debutant Arivazhagan has taken the number one slot at the CBO. The advantage of getting the big screen at Sathyam, Inox and Sangam helped the film to take an impressive 90 percent opening in seven Chennai screens. At number two is the strong Ninaithale Inikkum as Kanthaswamy after a great opening is sliding and is at number three. In the fourth place is G.I Joe, The Rise of the Cobra, and in the last place is Kaminey Note : Ratings are based on the box office collections and the cost of the film
