The Brahmins eat vegetables and never do the killing themselves. They get the lower orders to do it. In Gujarat, it was the Dalits who did the killing, the RSS Brahmins were only the organisers of the pogrom. Even when they arrange for killing of Brahmins, they contract out the job ! Therefore Brahmins cannot be convicted. They are only the brains of Hindu society. The feet should be punished.

CHENNAI/ KANCHEEPURAM: Kanchi Sankaracharya Jayendra Saraswathi was given Rs 15 lakh as junior pontiff Vijayendra Saraswathi’s share of the expenses for the Sankararaman operation, according to the junior seer’s younger brother M K Raghu.
The money was diverted from the accounts of two trusts associated with the Kanchi Kamakoti Mutt and handed over to the senior pontiff by Raghu on Vijayendra’s instruction.
At least that is what Raghu has said in his statement to the Special Investigating Team (SIT) of the state police investigating the Sankararaman murder case.
Raghu claims that on September 1 last year, Ravi Subramaniam, Appu and Kathiravan met Vijayendra Saraswathi to break the news of the decision to kill Sankararaman, taken at the instance of Jayendra Saraswathi. The junior pontiff endorsed the move and told Raghu to arrange ‘‘for money as our share in the expenses for the murder.’’
Raghu says that though he did not enjoy any formal authority in the Mutt affairs, thanks to the clout he derived as Vijayendra Saraswathi’s brother, he was able to control two trusts - SSSVS Trust and Ghatikasramam Trust - associated with the Mutt by appointing as trustees his own handpicked persons. He used to get blank cheques signed by the trustees and fill in the name of the payee as and when required.
In this instance, he says that September 3, the day Sankararaman was killed he issued an ICICI cheque for Rs 5 lakh from the SSSVS Trust account along with instructions for a demand draft in the name of Residency Builders.
The DD for Rs 5 lakh reached Residency Builders on September 4, was encashed and the cash handed over to him the next afternoon. The same night he handed the money over to Jayendra Saraswathi as his brother’s share in the Rs 10 lakh paid to Appu.
He goes on to say that Vijayendra told him that the senior pontiff had been asking him for their share of the Rs 20 lakh spent on arranging the surrender of the five fake accused and for the purchase of three new motorcycles for the persons who arranged the surrender.
‘‘As instructed by my brother Vijayendra, I handed over to Jayendra on September 30 night the Rs 10 lakh I had with me, (and drawn from another trust)’’ Raghu says.
In the case of the assault on auditor Radhakrishnan, Raghu had, on Jayendra’s instructions, taken from the Mutt album a photograph of Radhakrishnan and written his address on its reverse and handed it over to Ravi Subramaniam.

Please discount Raghu’s testimony; he was tortured while in the police custody to say what he said. The guy may show sign of suffering from amnesia when called for cross-examination in the court.
