TN Govt. Police Politically hammered on Gurumurthy, Cho, New Indian Express under the conspiracy
I am anxious to see what steps would be taken by pseudo-media now.
The Indian democracy, which has faced multifarious problems over the years, has been united because of the golden balance struck among the four pillars such as the executive, legislature, judiciary and the press, he said. Unfortunately these pillars are going against each other. By including tainted Lalu of Charaghotala & Co.in the cabinet by PM Mr.Ckeabm pillar first pillar is now without soul. Second pillar lesgilature is known better by Goa’s happenings and more than 100 ‘bahubalis’ are contesting in going on assembly election. This is great danger for India. We have to think for this.

One pillar: ‘press’ is being damaged by TN Govt. as Jan 14’s news story: http://www.chennaionline.com/colnews/categorieshomepage.asp?CategoryID=NATL
FIR filed against columnist Gurumurthy . Today’s police visit to the office of 'The New Indian Express' is a ‘sansani’ to create terror on peace loving tolerance fame Hindus. After registering a case against columnist S. Gurumurthy, the Tamil Nadu police has now targeted noted journalist and Rajya Sabha member Cho S.

As Sify Jan 15:
“I would continue to publish articles of Gurumurthy. "If it was illegal, I would not have published it…."I have been cited as a witness... nothing hostile in it. As far as Gurumurthy is concerned, it is an instance of police harassment. The case has no substance and the charges are flimsy. It will not stand scrutiny in court", Cho said to police.
As The Tribune, Jan 14:
He is not bothered and in his usual wit remarked, “For long I have said (DMK President) Karunanidhi was the circulation manager of my magazine Thuglak. Now it seems he has competitors.”
Mr Ramaswamy is under constant threat to his life because of his fearless writings against all political parties and the LTTE. He has been given police protection since Rajiv Gandhi’s assassination in 1991.
He has been critical of the police functioning and the near conversion of Sankararaman into a martyr. During his magazines founding day function last month, Mr Ramaswamy publicly stated, “Sankararaman was nothing but a blackmailer. I do not understand why he is being courted by the Tamil Nadu Government.”

I recall how so called secular journalists, rainy tortoise human activists, congress, NCP publicized Terrorist college girl Ishrat as martyr. Protest is going on for Prof. Geelani, accused in parliament attack. Leading English News Papers are disturbing the investigation process. He is more respectable person than Swamy Sankaracharya for pesudo-secularists.

Conspiracy is also being made to hit by Political-hammer to Second pillar ‘Judiciary’ ‘ as reported in: http://news.indiainfo.com/2005/02/14/1402ravi.html
Dismissing the charges, defence counsel of the Mutt A Shanmugham said that it was highly impossible for any lawyer to approach a prisoner without authorisation from judicial authority or permission from Public prosecutor.
He said that the free legal aid society lawyers could not go to the cell where the prisoners are lodged. They could talk only in the presence of jail Superintendent, Shanmugham claimed.
It is all the more improbable in the case of Ravi Subramanin who was a highly safeguarded prisoner kept under tight watch.
'Anyway we are prepared for this eventuality,' Shanmugham said.
Police sources said that the summons might be sent to the lawyers today (Feb 14, 2005).
