Bush said yes to nuke deal, but will he be able to convince the US Congress? According to George Bush “we [US and India] concluded an historic agreement today on nuclear power”. According to the agreement, US will share its nuclear know-how and fuel with India despite the latter not signing the international non-proliferation treaty. But will Bush be able to convince the US Congress that the deal must be given its seal of approval. After all, the buck ends with the Congress.
