India is proposing to spend Rs 350+ crore on sending an unmanned satellite to circle the moon. is it worth it especially with poverty, health problems on a giant scale? Also, US put a Man on the Moon more than 30 yrs ago and USSR also did extensive lunar exploration. Is India's mission a waste of time and money??
