How to check your Order Status Online?

Once you place an order on Sify Astrology, you'll be updated by e-mail about the status of your order.

In order to view status online, kindly log onto http://sify.com/astrology.

You will see a 'Sign in if registered user' link at the left handside. Kindly sign in with your SIFY MAIL user name and password.

The next screen displays at the right hand corner a 'Product Doc' link. IF it shows N/A, it means the order is still under process.

If so, then the proposed delivery date will be shown under the relevant column.

In case, the order has been delivered, then the 'Product Doc' link displays 'Download'. Click on it and download your prediction.

Note: This is only for Digital Deliveries of predictions. For astro products (such as yantras, gems etc.,), the delivery status will be seen. Whereas the products will reach you by courier.
