Is India on a roll once again in the year 2009? Not really, but it isn't also exactly down in the dumps! More accurately, it will be yo-yoing between the good and the bad! Dr. Prem Kumar Sharma, Resident Astrologer & Vastu Expert , takes you on the roller coaster ride that India is likely to take in the year 2009
Political instability and upheavals, in one form or the other, are likely to confront the nation. Some political leader may be involved in some big scams or otherwise may be put in to some troubles or may have to face a big wrath. New constitutional amendments are expected to curb terrorism. There may be a war like situation between Pakistan and India but ultimately things would be resolved with compromise. India will get a good support from the other countries to curb the terrorism. Judiciary will play good role to curb terrorism and to control over the crime. India will grow well in 2009. Economy of India will improve. The country is set to witness an optimistic industrial and agricultural growth, positively impacting the country's financial position, which is set to improve. The share market will witness instability till the end of March 2009. After this period, the stock market improves admirably and will enjoy a rare stability for a long period, winning the trust of the investors. Budget, too, seems consumer friendly and will cater to the poor and the middle-class. Sports would bring name to the country and would get a good boost. New faces would emerge well. In the new Vikrami Samvat country would be ruled by Venus and its main Minister would be Venus and hence Ladies would be gaining better positions in the different areas. Command of Females would increase and they would enjoy good positions that may be on the political or the administrative levels or otherwise. Film industry would also grow on the whole.
Despite steps being taken to bring housing within common man's reach, the real estate sector will not witness any boom till 27 th March 09. But, things start to look up in the second half of 2009. Realtors will come in a new way bringing good policies and schemes to attract the people. Those apprehensive of layoffs, especially in the IT sector, need not worry, as this sector too will get into the upswing mode in the second half of the year. New talents are likely to emerge in various sporting streams to make India proud. The country can face some natural or unnatural calamities that may be in the shape of earthquakes or floods, rail or air accidents in some parts of the country in the second part of 2009. There is also a big question mark on the health of a prominent political leader or a Bollywood superstar with the possibility of death hovering in the shadows.
