Significance of Madras Day
By Vedha Gopalan

Madras, known these days as Chennai, was born on August 22, 1639. Let us analyze the future of the city in a numerological angle.

2+2 = 4, which stands for Rahu. Rahu is the planet that denotes foreign income. This is the real reason for our youngsters excelling all over the globe in the IT sector. Our state’s foreign income too is due to the same.

Political stability is also indicated by the same.

2+2+0+8+1+6+3+9 = (3+1) = 4. Again, 4 is the number of Rahu. Rahu, as explained earlier, indicates financial development through the IT sector.

Previously it was christened as M+A+D+R+A+S {4+1+4+2+1+3 = (1+5) = 6}. 6 is the number of Venus which denotes attraction and beauty. No one can deny the natural beauty of the city with the famous Marina beach!

Now it is renamed as C+H+E+N+N+A+I = {3+5+5+5+5+1+1 = (2+5) =7}. 7 is the number which stands for Kethu. Even though it is a snaky planet it denotes the strength of spirituality. Kethu is the authority of knowledge.

The date of birth (2+2 = 4) indicates Rahu and C+H+E+N+N+A+I = {3+5+5+5+5+1+1 = (2+5) = 7} indicates Kethu. There is a good relationship between Rahu and Kethu (as both of them are snakes). Moreover, the total figure of the entire date of birth (i.e. fate number) is also that of Rahu. This will take the flourishing IT sector to the peak.

This will keep the city free of calamities and full of peace. Foreign income will also rise to an unimaginable level!
