The founder of the Institute of Palmistry, New Delhi, India, Professor Dayanand
has been practising palmistry for over 30 years now. During practice, the shapes and
lines of hands he came across fascinated him. Thus stimulating him to further his research
in the scientific aspects of palmistry.
He has authored many books on palmistry, psychology and spirituality. In his books,
there’s a visible combination of the Hast Samudrika Shastra and Western Palmistry.
He’s also a weekly columnist of “Dainik Jagran”, a popular daily in North India.
Merits are aplenty, including the Yoga Ratna Award by the World Yoga Conference for his
book on meditation “Dhyan Yog” in 1985. He further received an award from the Hindi Academy
for his book “Kalyugi Upanishad.”

Nisha Ghai: The Director of the institute, she has been in the field for ten
years now. In close collaboration with Prof. Dayanand, she too has conducted extensive research
in palmistry and has written books on the subject.
The resident astrological advisor to the famous Indian women’s magazine,
“Grih Lakshmi”, she organizes correspondence courses, workshops and open classes
on palmistry.
